The personal trainer determines a strength and conditioning program that is just right for you using weights, bands, balls, plyometric training, functional training and cardio. By developing a personal plan with your trainer, you will see greater results.
Our trainers are all teachers in our fitness ministry and have current certification with national affiliations.
